He specializes in organizational integrations and amalgamations, strategic planning, effectiveness evaluation, public opinion research, best practice research, and business planning. His advice has enabled his clients to successfully adapt and change direction. His clients include the federal and provincial governments, associations, and the private sector. Most of his work is in the health, education, and economic and community development area.
Alexandre holds an MA in public administration from Carleton University, and a BA in political science from McMaster University. He has also obtained certificates in municipal administration, municipal finance and taxation, and municipal law. Over the years he received an award from the Ontario ministry of Municipal Affairs for his outstanding achievement in municipal amalgamation.
Alexandre has served on volunteer boards in the area of economic and community development. He has volunteered countless hours in coaching hockey and soccer, and is now an accredited referee with the Ontario Track and Field Association.
Alexandre is fully bilingual in Canada’s two official languages.
